Membership of the Workforce Network, Inc. Board of Directors is comprised of seven (7) members. The members are designated as representatives of the urban and rural area within the twelve-county Coastal Bend egion and are appointed for two (2) year terms. Vacancies in the membership may be filled by the vote of the majority members present and voting at a duly called meeting.
