Chris R. Everett, President/CEO: Reporting directly to the Workforce Network Board of Directors, Chris is responsible for overall management of company programs by establishing and overseeing budgets, personnel, policy, goals and objectives. Karen Givens, Deputy Director: As Deputy Director, Karen oversees program design, performance management, information reporting, and program training and technical assistance for all contracts. Alba Silvas, Director of Youth Programs: Working with the local management of youth programs, Alba leads the implementation of board policy and develops corporate procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery. Rita Soto, Director of Programs: Responsible for all adult programs and business and employment services, Rita leads the implementation of board policy and develops corporate procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery. Hilda Simpson, Director of Human Resources: Hilda supervises and develops human resources staff for all contracts. Her responsibilities include HR business decision making and problem solving and all aspects of talent management. Denise Howard, CPA-Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer: Managing all fiscal functions of the company including accounting, budgeting, purchasing, internal auditing, payroll processing and handling of cash receipts and disbursements, Denise prepares comprehensive financial spreadsheets and reports for internal and external purposes. She ensures compliance reporting for monitoring and independent audits and reviews fiscal processes to ensure adequate internal controls are in place. Andrea Byrd, Director of Information and Reporting Systems: Responsible for automation systems, performance reporting and corporate technology needs, Andrea is the in-house expert in streamlining functions. She is responsible for the company's on-line training resource, an information center for all staff. The program analysts report directly in their work of data analysis of program performance measures. Jenny Aguilar, Corporate Internal Monitor: Jenny is responsible for specific monitoring assignments given by the President/CEO. Fay Crider, Director of Continuous Improvement: Leading the quality assurance team, Fay oversees the QA process for all contracted areas specialized programs. She is responsible for oversight of staff skills training and facilitation. Incorporating strategies for both internal and external audiences, Fay is responsible for corporate communications.
